Presbyterian Women’s Group
The Ladies’ Circle meets the 2nd Wednesday of each month. Next meeting
will be June 14 at 12:30 pm at the home of Diane Breton. This is the annual
picnic and everyone should bring a dish-to-pass. Meat and beverage will
be furnished.
The Deacons
Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month. The
next meeting will be 6/06/06 at 6:30 pm at the church. For Mother’s
Day, 28 wind chimes were given to each woman present. If you know of a
parishioner’s need or special joy, please contact one of the Deacons.
If anyone is aware of a service person currently on active duty, please
let the Deacons know so cards can be sent. They need to know we care.
Session
No meeting was held in May. The next regular
meeting will be June 11 following the Worship Service.

Congratulations to new “Gramma Ellie”. Her first grandchild
was born May 31 and his name is Benjamin Noah. He was 18 _ “ long
and weighs 6# 10 oz. Mother and baby are doing well.
Kevin VanAmburg sang three songs during the Worship Service on the 28th.
They were enjoyed by all.
Upcoming Events:
Swiss Steak Dinner
Art Putnam will be hosting the dinner on June 12. Serving will be from
4:30 – 6:30 pm and the cost will be $6.50 for adults and $3.00 for
children. Take outs will be available.
Announcement
PLEASE get birthdays, anniversaries and other special events to Ruthel
or Ellie so they can be included in our monthly calendar. If we don’t
know about it, we can’t print it!
